This service is available for compounds with active residents and a registered Union of Owners. If you are not a board member, you can contact the union or reach out to us and we will present the service on your behalf.
The subscription fee is fixed at EGP 17 per resident per month. The amount is collected through the Union either by adding it to the regular dues or issuing a separate invoice at the end of each month.
CitiesGate provides all services integrated within the platform and mobile app, including subscription management, billing tracking, user notifications, maintenance, cleaning, grocery delivery, utility bill payments, discounts on gyms and clubs, and more community features organized by our team.
Yes, we offer a free setup and 60 days of free usage. Subscription charges begin in the fourth month only if the contract continues.
Yes, the contract can be canceled anytime without conditions. All pending dues must be cleared before termination.
A 15-day grace period is given. During this period, CitiesGate will attempt to contact the Union. If dues remain unpaid, the service is temporarily suspended without deleting any data until payment is made.
Yes, CitiesGate provides all services under the subscription. However, some requested services (e.g. gym, maintenance, cleaning) may have separate costs as charged by third-party providers.
Yes, CitiesGate offers full training for admins after the contract is signed. Our team supports data entry and shares step-by-step video tutorials for all features.
Customer support is available for Union management only. Residents are served through the union’s activity. CitiesGate enforces clear policies to ensure resident care and service quality.
